The Department of History and Archaeology of University of Nairobi holds a hybrid (both online and offline) seminar on the broad theme of  "Promoting Multidisciplinary Research in History & Archaeology" on Thursday, October 3rd, 2024. 

Date: Thursday 3rd October, 2024
Time: 2.30pm – 4.00pm East African Time.

The speakers of the event will be Prof. Peter Kagwanja (Africa Policy Institute) &  Dr. Kenneth Ombongi (University of Nairobi). They will speak on “Ethnic Aristocracies: Intra-Kalenjin Elite Alliance & Moi Presidency, 1978 – 2002” in the upcoming event.

In addition, Prof. Karuti Kanyinga (University of Nairobi) will be the Moderator & Discussant of the session.
