한국국제교류재단(KF)의 2030 부산세계박람회 유치 초청사업으로 방한한 기니비사우 외교부 장관 Suzi Barbosa와 외교부 국제협력국장 Marcelo Pedro D’Almeida는 2023년 8월 10일 아시아연구소 아시아-아프리카센터를 방문했다. 이 자리에는 아시아-아프리카센터의 공석기 공동연구원과 조준화 선임연구원이 함께 했다. Suzi Barbosa 외교부 장관은 한국 내 아프리카 관련 연구 현황 등에 관심을 표했으며, 향후 교류 및 협력 방안에 대해 논의하는 시간을 가졌다.
Guinea-Bissau Minister of Foreign Affairs Suzi Barbosa and Marcelo Pedro D’Almeida, Director of International Cooperation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, who visited Korea as part of the invitation project for Busan Expo 2030 by the Korea Foundation (KF), visited the Asia-Africa Center at Seoul National University on August 10, 2023. The meeting was attended by Kong Suk-ki(Co-Researcher) and Cho Joonhwa(Research fellow). Minister Suzi Barbosa expressed interest in research related to Africa within Korea and had discussions about future exchange and cooperation plans.
