On August 9, 2023, Professor Alf Gunvald Nilsen from the Centre for Asian Studies in Africa at the University of Pretoria, South Africa, visited the Asia-Africa Center at Seoul National University. The meeting was attended by Kim Jongcheol(Co-researcher), Kong Suk-ki(Co-researcher), and Cho Joonhwa(Research Fellow), where they discussed potential avenues for academic research collaboration between the centers. Kong Suk-ki(Co-researcher) emphasized the significance of building an academic network by introducing the e-school program and exchange programs as cornerstones for enhancing inter-center exchange. Additionally, practical collaboration ideas for inter-center exchange were explored, including the Annual Workshop and joint research initiatives.<\/p>\n
